She has taught mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills to thousands of people across the United States through her in-person classes and remote coaching. Trained as a social worker, yoga teacher, and life coach, she weaves creativity, spirituality, and mindfulness into her work with clients. Elizabeth's special expertise in helping those with anxiety and high-stress lives ensures NOTHING gets in the way of her clients' projects. As a bestselling author, Elizabeth has a unique gift helping clients through the process of writing and publishing their stories and books, as well as utilizing writing to grow their businesses, impact, and income.     This course is for you if you have written or intend to write your memoir but don't know how to self-publish or where to start. You know you could teach yourself but you also know that it's not the best use of your time. This course makes it possible for you to get your memoir published without all the hassle of trial and error. Get step-by-step guidance from the pros!

  • How do I access the course?

    The course content is completely online. In order to purchase the course, you will create a free Thinkific account and then login to access your course. The course is self-paced so you can complete it on your own time. Once you register for the course, you will have instant access to all content including posts, videos, and downloads.

  • Are there payment plans available?

  • Will I get my money back if I don’t finish the course?

    Once you have registered and paid for the course, we are unable to offer any refunds. Please view the free preview lesson above before registering to determine if the course is right for you.

  • How long will this course take me to complete?

    This process will be different for everyone. We recommend setting aside at least an hour at a time to work on the course, to go through videos and materials, and to take action right away while the content is fresh in your mind. Some folks may choose to really focus and complete multiple lessons at a time, while others may choose to space things out more.
